- Service: Makebookingsonline having its short name (MBO) software will enable our agents to make and generate quotations, bookings and vouchers for their New Zealand tour requirements.
- This will also enable them to monitor the performance of their staff or create sub agents for New Zealand related services.
- Privacy Policy: This applies to the information we collect and process from a log in member. Membership is either automatically offered by us or provided on request.
- Information we collect or you provide: To initiate the membership we need to collect the following details: Name, email address, username, password, company name, occupation, location, and phone number. If you create sub-agents, similar information will be acquired from them as well. For bookings online, we may also collect billing and payment information.
- Information we collect automatically: Device information (IP address, browser ID, OS), system usage records (quotations, bookings), and email sent/received via MBO.
- Use of personal information:
- Payments: We may send emails, reminders, invoices, or warnings regarding payment for services confirmed with MBO.
- Updates & Alerts: We may send messages regarding changes, outages, new features, or policy updates.
- Enforce compliance: Accounts that breach security or terms of use may be immediately closed.
- Terms of use:
- MBO will issue login details for their online costing tool.
- MBO login is for business purposes and at business premises only.
- Login access and password must not be shared with any other person.
- Sharing login credentials is a breach of agreement and may result in legal action or account closure.
- Feedback about MBO software must be discussed with an assigned team member or Director — not shared on social media.
- MBO team members will advise payment terms for confirming bookings; failing to comply may result in cancellation.
