- Service: Makebookingsonline having its short name (MBO) software will enable our agents to make and generate quotations, bookings and vouchers for their New Zealand tour requirements.
- This will also enable them to monitor the performance of their staff or create sub agents for New Zealand related services.

- This applies to the information we collect and process from a log in member. Membership is either automatically offered by us or provided on request.
- Information we collect or you provide:
- To initiate the membership we need to collect the following details of you:
- Name, email address, username, password, company name, occupation, location, and phone number.
- If you create sub-agents, similar information will be acquired from them as well.
- For Bookings on-line, we may also collect information about your billing and payments such as billing address and credit card details.
- Information we collect automatically:
- Device information: We will collect information about the device you use, IP address, system you use for connection, browser Id and operating system.
- Data: Our server will keep a record of system usage, i.e. quotations generated, quoted or created.
We also collect information about e-mail sent or received using this service (MBO).
- Use of personal information:
- We may use the information collected from you for various reasons.
- 1.Payments: we may send you e-mails, reminders, invoices, notices, alerts or warnings to receive payments for services used or confirmed with MBO.
- 2.Updates & Alerts: We may send you e-mail messages, pop up alerts regarding changes, temporary outage, new features, updates releases or change in policies.
- 3.Enforce compliance: We have software integration which will inform us about the abuse of system or if the security or terms of use are breached. We will have to ensure such accounts are immediately closed for the safety and privacy of other users. (For terms of use please refer to our terms and conditions). This system is custom build to generate quotations and costings for its users only (Employee of a travel company selling New Zealand).
- Terms of use:
- 1.MBO will issue log in details for their on line costing tool.
- 2.MBO log in is for business purpose and at business premises only.
- 3.Log in access and password is to be used by the sole person and must not be shared with any other person./li>
- 4.It will be considered a breach of agreement if log in is shared with any other party or person, may be liable but not limited to legal action or your account being temporarily or permanently closed (discretion of MBO Management)
- 5.Feedback about MBO software must be discussed with assigned team member or Director, at no given time or day to be shared on social media.
- 6.MBO team member will advise you the payment terms and conditions for confirming the booking, failing which your booking will be cancelled.
